PSCH provides a comprehensive range of services for people with developmental, psychological and behavioral disabilities, including people with mental illness, children with severe emotional disturbance and individuals in need of general medical services.

Located at PSCH Headquarters, 30-50 Whitestone Expressway, Flushing, NY, 11354, the PSCH Referral Center guides each individual through the placement process, insuring required documentation is in order and the person’s goals are met.

Residents of the Metropolitan New York who are OMRDD-eligible and at least 21 years old may be referred to PSCH for residential or day services. The PSCH Intake process focuses on offering appropriate services based on individual needs and choices, as well as the person’s age and diagnoses.
